Registering your child at Bethelview UMC Preschool is a nine and a half (9.5) month commitment. Our small budget depends upon each family’s commitment to the full nine and a half (9.5) months. Withdrawal shortly after the school year begins causes vacancies in our classrooms, a shortfall to our financial plan and negatively impacts the consistency of a child’s early childhood education. Please consider your family’s plans for 2025-2026 and the importance of the nine and a half (9.5) month commitment prior to registration.

STEP 1: REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THE 2025-2026
Registration for the 2025-2026 Preschool Year began Tuesday Jan 7, 2025.
As of 7/23/2025, we have spots in our MMO and Pre-K 4's available.

STEP 3: REGISTERING A STUDENT FOR THE 2025-2026 PRESCHOOL YEAR
Registration is submitted on our Brightwheel app. Please email us to see if we have any spots available or if we are still accepting students for our waitlist. If so, we will email you the link to register your child.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer a GA Pre-K Lottery Funded Preschool Program, as we are a private preschool

Information Below is reflective of the 2025-2026 Preschool Year:
Mother's Mornings Out (MMO) Class aka One-Year Old's Student/Teacher Ratio is 9:2 Cost: $250 monthly installment (this does not include yearly fees) (must be walking and be 12 mos. on or before September 1st, 2025) The MMO class meets two days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays Two-Year Olds Class Cost (4 day): $325 monthly installment (this does not include yearly fees) Cost (3 day): $285 monthly installment (this does not include yearly fees) Our Student/Teacher Ratio is 7:1 (must turn 2 on or before September 1st, 2025) We offer two options for the Twos. 4-days: Mon thru Thurs and 3-days: Mon, Tues, Thurs Three-Year Olds Class Cost (4 day): $325 monthly installment (this does not include yearly fees) Cost (3 day): $285 monthly installment (this does not include yearly fees) Our Student/Teacher Ratio is 9:1 with a floating assistant (must be fully potty trained and turn 3 on or before September 1st, 2024) The Threes class has two options. 4-days: Mon thru Thurs and 3-days: Mon, Tues, Thurs Pre-K aka Four-Year Olds Class Cost: $345 monthly installment (this does not include yearly fees) Our Student/Teacher Ratio is 7:1 (must be fully potty trained and turn 4 on or before September 1st, 2025) Our Pre-K Fours class is a 4-day class that meets Mondays thru Thursdays We also accept young 5's into this class We are NOT a State-Funded GA Pre-K Program Bethelview UMC Preschool is in session Monday thru Thursday, during our school year. We follow the Forsyth County School Calendar with a few exceptions (mainly start and end date). |
